Default VED rate reprieve

Looks like good news for us CO2 producers, a new Band K for cars registered before 06. means a freeze on VED increases.
My 05 reg V8 bought brand new last year is starting to make sense. I think a £5 increase is very reasonable, thank you Mr Darling

But hopefully this shower will be out by then and somone with common sense will throw it out for the cack handed and frankly wrong, immoral, money grabbing tax that it is!
