Thanks Brian, it's going to take me a bit of time, I'm in my mid 70's with some health issues. I'll have to get my son-in-law to help me. Can I at the moment still drive the car safely and is this definitely the problem because obviously I don't want to lay out money and time and the fault remains. Can I also thank you for your time and advice it is very much appreciated, Allan V
