Calm and clear skies here.

Have to go to a friends funeral today.
She was diagnosed with cancer 28th November died 28th December
So fast unbelievable.

It's Friday and the weekend is upon us again, it seems like Christmas and the New Year was a far distant memory

Morning Freddie, I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. I haven't been to a funeral for years, I avoid them as much as I can. They bring home to me just how short life really is, sometimes I think why was we put on this earth in the first place

So true been to 3 in the last six months though .
Does make you think have a lot of friends in the car clubs around my age and above .

Good morning all from a wet S Wales. Done the food shopping yesterday,been told we will be doing Therapy shopping today. That means going in every shop,walking around each for 1/2 hr then coming home without buying anything.

I think it is going to be a year for going to funerals, with the first next week of our dear friend Windrush, and probably four more during the year as people get more frail and ill, with that dreaded word Cancer.
