when i will receive the bumper (about 2 weeks time) I will add the 1st pictures.
The bumper upgrade will be done together with radiator fan replacement and air con pump replacement. It broke in Germany last summer at 37 degree!! I want to buy all the parts and then get the job done in 1 go. I need the car to work too... |

Dashboard Up Grade
Ok Guys.
1st weekend of the year with a warm sun shine. today im changing my plastic dashboard to the real walnut dash. I decided to do an experiment in the mean time. Will be chrome spray painting the vents and see the results. I did a test one this morning my self, just to see the effects... Will get my son to spray them properly with primer, paint and lacquer. these are the pics i got till now. i was thinking to "cut out" the light area from my old bumper and to "connect it" to the new one, then filling up any gaps.
not sure yet but this is my idea. Until i get the bumper i wont be able to get the measurements. hence got to wait and see. I saw this photo on google and i liked it. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...k1premium.jpg/ But i think i can do better Last edited by rashi_g_h; 3rd March 2013 at 18:09.. |

I'm sure a similar mod was carried out by a member in Central Europe i think. There's a whole thread complete with pictures at various stages of conversion...
