Hi Majed,
I've often seen signs on main roads in France when approaching cities saying what frequency / station to tune to for traffic info.. This may be referring to TMC info.. I've never seen it elsewhere.

Would somebody be able to pass me a link for the correct/latest disc to buy? I have looked on the 'bay, but I have no idea was is correct as there are so many!
