Just done the same thing Jeff, Hoovered out the inside & snowfoamed the outside & put the battery maintainer on the Rover.
Boris is having a lazy day much like our three who are fast asleep in the conservatory.

Looking good Ian...

Here's my efforts.

Needless to say it rained not long after cleaning the car, so there are rain spots all over it

The skies have darkened & it's started raining now, It'll save me watering the garden, Beef lasagne with peas & sweetcorn for tea.

Cool

Well that didn’t go as planned.

Putting the parasol together was ok. Built the base. Got the granite weights in place and attempted to fit the parasol, too close to the wall. So I had to move the base over a bit. Each one of the granite weights had to be moved. Base moved, try again. But it was still to close to the wall, then I had a light bulb moment. Turn the parasol around and it worked. Got the parasol up on the winding handle………………..

…………………….. then it rained.

This morning I have washed and hoovered the car out.
I'm taking my Aunt and Uncle to Gatwick Airport tomorrow so thought I'd make the car presentable for them.
Typically it is looking like it might rain shortly

Boris is taking it easy today

Good morning Jeff

Have a great day delivering your relatives to Gatwick, hopefully they will have a good trip.

Interestingly, it’s been about 10 years since the ladies in Kenya asked for new undies.

Several years ago, I had to do a Medi-Vac air ambulance of a cross dresser with end stage AIDS from a prison in Istanbul. Poor chap a young Brit, someone I will never forget who found himself in prison inappropriately sentenced and placed. He was doubly incontinent and covered in bed sores. What I found impressive was how the other prisoners in the hospital wing of the prison were concerned that he was going to get home okay to his family. The conditions were miserable and basic but the other prisoners were compassionate towards him. Had we not got him home, he would have died in prison, sadly he passed away 3 weeks later at home with his family around him.

Morning Phil, morning world.

I'm recovering from the mother of all thunderstorms we had last night.

Must have lasted at least an hour with torrential rain and a sound and light display that Industrial Light and Magic would have been proud of
