Ging has declared war on Magpies . . . . or rather she has told me to declare war on them. They are becoming a real pest here, trying to get at the feeders and as soon as they appear all the small birds (who the seed is meant for) disappear, not to mention if they find a nest with youngsters in it (we have a few in the garden) they'll have them. Trouble is the Magpies are so wary, if they spot the slightest movement they're offski!

Morning. Kinda wild here, windy with very strong (40+mph) gusts. Supposed to be like this most of the daylight hours.

Painting done and managed to remove the faulty check valve on my shower (not needed as now replaced with an electric shower) which has been cutting out the shower if the mains pressure dropped! The sight of me in my "suds" is not recommended!

Hopefully all cured now and better pressure to boot!

(in the shower, not me personally!)

MG ZT V6 190 failed it’s MOT in 2011 and is still rotting on the driveway. Owner refuses to sell. Location Hayling Island. No.2 MG ZT. 160. Fate unknown. No.3 MG ZT. 160, is my car. No.4 MG ZT. CDTi. Sold in 2020 for £7,500. 23,500 miles on the clock. Believed to be living in the Lancashire area. 1 MG ZTT. 180 and is alive and well as far as I know. Lives in and around the Portsmouth area. 1 Rover 75. 120 model. Fate unknown.
