MOT passed again today. ... however small cracks appearing on all four tyres. very small but i was informed by the tester. all about 4 years old but not much wear at all on the tread depths, still look good for quite a number of miles there yet but im thinking of changing all four. the cracks appearing only between the tread depths. not an uncommon occurrence so im told.

Hoovered the swimming pool, that was installed over night, out of the V8 footwells ....

75 on eBay awaiting it's next owner.
Took the ZT down to visit friends and family on the south coast. About 150 miles altogether. Ran perfectly but noticed some low speed creaks on fos, possibly engine mount?

Re-did the sunroof drain mod that had been attempted by a previous owner, this time using some hosepipe to direct the water out of the car, instead of into the front footwell - hopefully no more watery surprises after the next downpour!

My old set of rear lights also fitted to the V8 to replace the aftermarket ones that were leaking both sides. The stock lights look so much better too against the Firefrost.

Possibly just one more leak into the boot to sort out now...

Replaced the Lucas O2 sensor with a genuine Denso one.

Car is now nearing 100% sorted mechanically, with just a faulty knock sensor to fix.

Cost to date of the repairs has been £1565.

Total amount spent (including car) is now £2565.

Ouch.

Much less than 12 months payments on a new car that you never actually then. Bargain!
