Just proves that despite how good you feel you can't do at 72 what you could when you were 42.
Feet up to watch Ryan and the rest of the BSB boys at Silverstone on Eurosport today and tomorrow.
Cheers Ian
Sounds painful Ian

Hope it heals quickly and you can get back to the DIY

Morning Phil,
Still alive and well lol. Working on the zt, doing a couple of jobs before the mot on Friday, then tax it for 6 months.

Lots more sowing of seeds done & clearing up the front garden whilst it's dry

I know that feeling well after a few jobs last year. Falling sideways, off a set of steps, onto some wooden shelving did for me. There was no way that I was going to A&E in the midst of a pandemic, so it was grin and bear it for a few weeks. I did however, get straight back on the steps and finished the job before I collapsed into my favourite chair! (Silly me!) Take care.................... and medication!!!

Its amazing the damage the simplest of tasks can do. Pottering in the garden, I bent down to pick something up and felt a crunch at the base of my spine. Two days later I could barely move, turned out I'd crushed a disc, that trapped a nerve which turned into sciatica with bells on.

Evening all, been a lovely day here today, pity I was tired and changing a clutch! At least this mornings dog walk was pleasant.
