Morning all,

Cloudy start to the day but mild, well Mobile Mechanic never turned up yesterday (thought he would not) so it's off the garage tomorrow morning.

Last day of work today and it's a nice long weekend.

My other half has tied me to the cooker today. Boiling a chicken in preparation for making noodles, have to let the chicken cool down then shred it, prepare thin veg strips for said noodles. Also got pork cubes marinating then cooking them for adobo.

Good afternoon all
Just having a break from chasing walls so thought I'd pop in and say hello!!
Just had an email from we by any car about my Kia Venga. When I change my car for some reason I always go to WBAC just to see what they value it. I purchased the car some 9 months ago & the value given was 2k, email today offers me £2675 getting close to what I paid for it. Didn't realise that the value has gone up so much, is it across all makes and models or just smaller hatchbacks? Mine is a ecodynamics diesel..
Another thought is that the car has just gone though the MOT with no advisories etc so wonder if they keep a check on that and it could be part of the reason for the increase in value.

EDIT OMG !! Just looked on Auto Trader and average forecourt price for the same model is almost double what I paid for mine although I took mine on trade sale terms.
Cheers Ian

Afternoon all.

Back home from a walk with Quizzie, Bertie & Bridget.

Temp gauge was reading 15 degrees on the drive back .

Time for some lunch and then see what this afternoon brings.

Take care.

Cool

Evening everyone.

Shopping done and all put away.

Opened the post, and a letter from another good friend telling me of the loss of her husband. Same age as me.

So I went for a drive with the Bear. Found the coast road through Freathy. Found a parking space. Got out and breathed in the salty air, made me feel so much better.

Home to more of my chicken casserole, washed down with a glass of Jammy Roo, a lovely red wine by Yellowtail.
