Clear blue sky, bright sunshine, frost and little, if any, wind.

Need to have a good look at what's needed for the shed roof after the gales attacked the felt .

Been a glorious day so far......Would have been a nice day to be on the boat but ho hum!

Anyhow, I fitted the window and door blinds to the studio this morning and I'm very happy with how they have turned out

Top job Jeff they look proper smart. I've been doing some more garden tidying whilst it's been a dry sunny day, No heat in the sun though but nice non the less, Just having some black peas Well Egyptian Fava beans heated up with a splash of malt vinegar & seasoning, Takes me back to the Wakes week in the 1960's when the fair came to town & they had a big tent with a big stainless steel vat boiling the black peas.

Evening all, the weekend flew by as usual I still need to hoover both cars as Meg is shedding her winter coat and leaving it everywhere.

Time for another cup of tea I reckon..

Morning Wes and thank you for your good wishes.

The nurses who gave me the bed bath were close to retirement, one had lots of warts over her face from being out in the sun. Both were quite intimidating really and when it came to washing my private parts, non-compliance was not an option! They were very kind and attentive, both lovely people.
