Morning Ian, now I have learned something about the pie eaters of Wigan. All the best for your brother’s cancer colon surgery, in that it goes well for him.

Morning all, what is everyone up to?

Yesterday we had torrential rain culminating in a hailstorm even though it was about 28C, how bizarre is that, although we are at 6,000 ft above sea level.

Morning all.

Clear blue skies here. Dry and due to hit 10 degrees later on.

Bob - sorry to hear about your friends. Always something not right about folks younger than yourself going before you do.

Andy - Quizzie's a very clever girl. Somehow she just "knows" when the river isn't safe and keeps well clear. She might have a paddle but doesn't go in which is the exact opposite of what she normally does. Aren't you just amazed with their talents .

If you actually mean me then no chance . I'm not into all this jumping into cold water is good for you stuff . The youngsters were in last summer. Quizzie loves to join in with their play. The ones on who stay on the bank aren't so keen on her drying technique .

Ian - How on earth do you get hailstorms with 28 degrees? Something to do with the 6000 feet?

Take care everyone

Those online banking irregularities are proving to be a pain in the backside as my missus nor I know notthing about these withdrawals from our debit account
they stem from software subscription companies in Egypt, Tunisia & Portugal
The bank are still dealing with as we've no idea how or where theyu've got our banking details from, it & it looks like we';ll need new debit cards etc.

Well the dry sunny weather was short lived Back to grey skies & rain, Just been to do a bit of shopping at the ASDA & get my haircut in the hairdressers there, £8.99 for Men's cut.

Just got the 3lb trenching hoe delivered off the ebay because I've got some digging to do this year, The Pampas grass in the front garden has got HUGE over the years & I tried to dig some of it out last year with a spade but it just laughed at me

Who'll be the daddy now then

It's a lousy place to be, but we're all here for you my good friend.

You can still do stuff - just look at how well the Rover's carpets came up the other weekend .

We're back up in a couple of weeks and Quizzie will want a walk....

and a fuss.....

and some food....

and some Love.

Hang in there mate.

Hang in there Rich, you've come along in leaps and bounds since your parachute-less sky diving incident. You've always known things will take time. Everybody here is with you.
