Default Any SD1 owners who like a challange

This 2600 SD1 and the two A60s have sat here since I moved to Weymouth some 15 years ago..
The bungalow who's drive they are sitting on looks in much the same condition..

Cheers Ian

The roofline looks as if it’s sagging on the right doesn’t it Ian.

I’m afraid that the six cylinder SD1s do not find many buyers and that one may well be beyond saving if the rest of it is in the same condition as the tailgate.

It’s likely that it belongs to an elderly owner who is still emotionally attached to it because clearly it’s not going to be driven again in that condition. Sad, I know.

What's with the negative waves.

An end cap on the guttering to start with and then a bit of gardening and take it from there.

I can’t understand people who would want their back door looking like a rubbish tip.
There was a P6 Rover sitting outside a house near to where I live. It sat so long it completely rusted away.
It has now been replaced with a pile about three feet high of what looks like household rubbish, and this is right at the front door.

Yes a real shame to see such cars just rotting away.

And is it me - or where you get a house like that where rubbish is piled up by people who obviously do not give a toss - there is usually an old settee nearby?

I mean - what do they plan to do? Join the piles of $hite in reasonable comfort?

Remember years ago when I was looking for my own place there was a lovely house, ex council, front and back garden, 3 bed, driveway, ideal . . . . apart from next door's garden having 3 feet high grass not quite hiding the tyres lying around and an ancient caravan covered in mildew on the drive. Err . . . . no!

Hi Clive,

On the face of it, it does look like that, but my analysis is that this resident is elderly and probably physically disabled. If she/he has no immediate caring relatives then garden maintenance and disposal of anything other than that taken away by the Council becomes a problem. They need a trusted carer to help them but disposing of cars like this costs money. Who is prepared to get involved? Not many.
