Default Engine mounts ?? movement when taking up drive

I have a bit of movement drivers side when taking up drive (diesel facelift tourer), front springs and bearings have been replaced as have the suspension arm bushes, I suspect an engine mount, can anybody tell me what the most likely cause is and any tips for fixing this thanks

The passenger side hydramounts don't seem to wear much - check the condition of the snubber rubbers at each end for wear, cracking etc.

Worth checking the condition of the rubber in the lower mount - any cracks around the larger bush can allow too much movement.

Failing that, jack the front of the car up and go through all the joints and bushes with a pry bar to check for any play. Also check the driveshafts, although they usually rattle when worn, and that the extended shaft bearing housing is tight to the engine on the driver's side.

I'd have my money on the dog bone gearbox mount.

This will allow engine movement enough to hear a good clunk? But Mike's advice is sound so 100% check that out as well.

Things that can cause movement are mainly bottom arms and engine mounts, the Hydra as Mike said rarely wear and even when they do burst and leak fluid out it just makes it shudder more on idle. (feeling in the steering wheel)
