My first ever 10km run......

Hi guys,

In a few weeks I will be partaking in my first ever 10km run. To some it may not seem like much, but to me its everything, up until February last year I was smoking 20 cigarettes a day and was unable to run round my living room.....

Anyway I am doing it for charity. The charity is Action on depression. Depression can affect 1 in 10 adults at any one time in Britain and charities like this do some amazing work to help people cope with what can at times be a horrible thing to endure. This charity is a Scottish based charity. I would appreciate any donations from people on here I am currently about half way to my £150 fundraising target. I appreciate it being a scottish charity some people may not wish to donate, but if you could donate to a charity of your choice and post up the details here it will give me more motivation to run!
