Hopefully it will settle to about 1lb a week so in six months I may be around 13.5st which means yet another trip to the shops for new clothes

Just an update from me. I am doing nothing apart from walking the dog (I put weight on since we lost the last one)

12 weeks ago 15st 10lbs collected new dog

10 weeks ago 15st 7lbs

Today 15st 1lb and feeling better for it even though its only 9lbs in 12 weeks

I only get weighed by the scales in the diabetic clinic so its only every two or three months.

Not too disimilar to me, weight has stayed the same, so lucky escape - back to salads & fruit
