It depends what you mean, if you are upgrading from a Harmony to a Symphony there is an adapter lead available from X-Part - part no VUL100330 - which connects to the 17 pin BMW connector and converts it to ISO connectors and has the steering wheel controls in the grey power connector and has the connectors for a CD changer.

(ARVS009MK2 is an STC adapter lead for connecting an aftermarket Sony changer to a Symphony)

im just wanting to replace my harmony with my symphony and still keep the steering wheel controls,im not fussy about a cd changer as i will eventually get an ipod interface for it, ive bought an aftermarket iso connector, can that be wired up to use the steering wheel wires,cheers-dan

The steering wheel control cables are Blue/Orange and Blue/Purple and are in pins 10 & 17 of the BMW connector on the car loom. You will need to add two cables to the BMW to ISO adapter lead as it won't have the corresponding cables in it.
Blue/Orange to pin 2 of the power ISO connector and Blue/Purple to pin 3.
