The trouble with Reliant three wheelers is that the single wheel is at the wrong end, now a JZR three-wheeler on the other hand.............
But if you want to see what a 4 wheel Reliant can be turned into, try this link: http://www.tempestcars.com/default.htm I think they're a really smart looking car. And fun too! Malcolm

Once had a friend in the Fire service tell me about a fire in a garage. They were told to watch out for the car in there, but he kept trying to find it by feel and couldn't. Then he tripped over the diff.
Seriously, I'd worry about any sort of accident. Not so much crumple zones as turn to dust zones. And the chassis can still turn to red dust anyway. That's really why my Classic is a 75. The mog and scirocco will never be true daily drivers! |

I know that it's impossible to keep the front wheel on the floor going up a hill with 4 in the back of a Reliant Regal.
And that a Robin is light enough to lift on to a low wall outside a pub (with beer crates to stabilize the back wheels) using only two people. ( the owner got it off the wall himself, big lad, luckily we could run faster) Wouldn't mind a Bond Bug always thought they looked brilliant but then again I don't think I'd fit my legs in. Russ

Phil what you need is a moggy 1000 traveller perfect for carrying your tools and ample room for the dog, also adds a bit of nostalgia to whatever you are doing.
