Lets hope the judiciary allows an appeal based on the facts concerning his admission of guilt, namely his mental state and brain damage. The presiding judge heard the evidence from the experts regarding this, yet it carried no weight in the defendants favour. A miscarriage of justice in my opinion. I will add to the petition.

It was a Court Martial, presided over by a military judge. The defendant was NCO. Military legalities are even more labrynthine than civilian courts and I choose my words carefully.
