Default snow mode

Hi fella,s just joined having just got my 1st Rover 75,could anyone tell me if you can drive in snow mode,or is it just for starting off as it says in the nand book

I'm pretty certain you can. I think it disengages 1st gear and does not do too many gear changes giving you (hopefully) more continuous traction. That's my understanding

As Andrew says above.
Misses first gear and seems to change at different revs. to normal
Once out of the white stuff best to use one of the other two options.

I used that for most of last week!

I've driven a lot of Auto's over the years, but never one with such a big difference in changes between Snow, Economy, and Sports Mode.. They really do make a big difference on the 75.

I used the snow mode for most of last week when I was in the snow. It is excellent. When I was out of the snow I switched it back to normal.

I leave it in snow / ice mode whilst actually on snow. It seems to do the job admirably.

Subjectively, if I leave it selected once on a clear road, it makes the car seem sluggish though.
