Treated the seats with Gliptone, (great!), and refitted the real walnut dash properly as I hadn't got it right the first time.

Posted this last week, which were the rear pads, finished off today by changing front disks and pads also. Front pads didn't really need doing, but as disks changed so I did pads too.

Oh, and a calliper wind back tool makes bleeding the brakes so much easier.

Fixed my starter motor solenoid with new plunger and contacts. If weather good on Sunday I'll tackle small dent repair to rear wing.

Cool

I took The Flying Banana to the Caldercotte Arms meet in Milton Keynes. Delivered 4x11 spokes with tyres to Petetourer. Collected a pair of Grid spokes with tyres for me and gave Shiner my spare Hairpin with tyre. Had food and came home.

Took mine into the panel beaters to fix the cracked bumper from the knob who hit and run in the shopping centre at Christmas.

As an aside, I hate the attitude here when the panel beater says he can't get parts after booking it in a month ago and when you indicate he should be sourcing the parts from the UK he screws his nose up and says he will check with Rover Australia!!!

It's often cheaper to get parts sent over from the U.K than getting it locally in Australia.
Sad state of affairs.
