Auto Gear Changing
Hi all,
I have a question about my R75, can any one tell me what the button is for on the gear knob as I thought it needed to be pressed in when changing gear but I have noticed when I have sometimes forgot to press it in it changes gear no problem, or is it only needed when you are actully moving?.....please advise. |

I Think it stops you selecting park/reverse by accident when going forward

Bit of a dangerous pastime you have Zola!
As far as I am aware (being a stick-shift man), the "button" you are referring to is for when you wish to select Reverse or Park. Don't know if it is possible to do this when moving at any speed but the result could be painful! Mick |
