Wish I'd known that the car had both plug configurations there but the wiring isn't to bad.One ISO block relates just to speakers and the other to power etc,cut the two wires to the factory steering wheel interface, connect them to the 2 steering wires on the unit,(brown wires) connect the aerial/antenna wire on the unit (blue) to the wire that powers the cars antenna amplifier and its all good.
Also need to buy a Fakra antenna plug adapter with a female end to plug your old aerial cable into it and then to the unit. |

Hello friend.
I bought an Erisin ES2906B radio for my MG ZT and I want to install it by performing the connections in the best way possible. I have read to post in the forum and it is very complete, congratulations for your writing! I ask you please help to be able to install it too. My car has two ISO outputs and mini connectors for steering wheel control and CD changer, the latter which I already remove. Can you tell me what kind of cable to buy for installation is as easy as possible? you have photos of your installation or of the "step by step" Thanks |

Yes please,
of course I appreciate your help. I need to know the specific installation to save the memory in the ignition as I have to do with the red and yellow cables to exchange them as you commented on your blog, how exactly would that connection be and where? And if you also managed to install the steering wheel controls as was the connection of the brown wires to the car’s original. Thank you. |

re the steering controls, if you have a ZT, i recollect there steering controls were
originally a infra red setup but i think i basically took the two steering wires (yellow/ purple and other ?) from the infa red unit and connected them to the steering wires on the unit. You then need to setup the steering controls memory. |

Hello Suzublu.
The photo you’re offering me I understand that it’s from the back of the female ISO connector? I’m asking you for a good ID and not a mistake, being that’s how I understand from your photos that it’s just swapping the yellow and the red on that connector? Thank you |

My yellow and red wires on that connector are in positions other than those in your photo... so I have to change the order of the red and yellow esten where they are or I have to look for power cables?

I am left with one question: I have connected the blue ANT-1 cable on pin 5 of the grey ISO connector as mentioned ... but I still have radio reception problems. I have connected badly? Do you know if this is really the connection to make?
