Default Should I buy a Rover 75 again?

I had from 2007 till 2010 a Rover 75 Diesel blue sky metallic.
I loved that car.
Unfortunately I had to sell it.
Now, my soul is asking me to buy again a Rover 75.
Please give me a little advise if it's worth.
Thank you very much.

I think the answer has to be yes. Just be sure what you want from the car, petrol, diesel, manual, auto, spec etc. and look around for the best example you can find.

Withe the support of the members and a wealth of information on the forums you should have no difficulties in keeping your new find in top order.

Hi Adrian. It's a difficult one to answer as it appears you live in Romania and it will depend on whether you can find a good one, how much work are you able to do yourself and if not do you have a mechanic close by who can do work for you.

There is no doubt the 75 is a superb car as you will know seeing you owned one, but if you buy one that has not been well looked after it can be very expensive to put right.

Lots of help on here for you to browse through though.

Good luck.

Thank you for your information.
The only "thing" is that I am from Romania, and I need a car with left side steering wheel.
On autoscout24.com and mobile.ro the current offer is very poor.
I would like a Diesel engine with automatic gearbox.
The one I had was a facelift, but I had a lot of problems with the cooler fan speed control (high power resistor).
Do you you think a pre facelift car would be a better choice?

Thank you.

Get yourself a BMW instead!
Only kidding have a look around but make sure you buy the spec and the best you can get as these cars are getting on and you dont want to buy a money pit.

Sorry but I hate german cars.
Alternative should be Volvo, Saab or a cheap Jaguar X-type.
I am a "lunatic"

My CDT connie is the best car I have bought, born 2001, done 90,000 mls, so yes! buy one and join those who have a car that has class, not poured out of a jelly mould as are so many modern cars. Forget the Jag that is a Ford in a different coat

Nothing wrong whatsoever with an x type Jag. Ford coat or not. I sold my low miles 05 contemp se 75 diesel around six weeks ago and an x type is exactly what I am purchashing next, find a nice spec x type and its just as nice a car as a 75.
