Default Rear alignment bolt

Quick question for anyone in the know I've just managed to snap very back rear wheel alignment bolt near the tyre
Is there anyway to get access to the top of the bolt ? Or is it just a case of drilling it out?

Is this one of the bolts that go to the underside of the chassis for the trailing arm?

Well you can get access with an angle grinder, but better to drill it out.
