I've done got damp in my boot
I have been chopping down some pines and dumping them in my car
I've now got damp carpet and so I expect I might blocked a drain What's the drill now?

check the side trims and the light clusters as they let the rain in .seal them uip wita silicone ..there are lots of info on this on here .

yes and like as been said ,if you have a sun roof check that too ,also the rear screen seal and make sure the channels down the boot are clear so water can drain away

From my experiences with wet boots, take the rear light clusters off the car (3 x 8mm AF nuts). Remove the cluster from the car and look at the neoprene seals. Where the seal is joined together, you will probably find it has come apart. What I did was remove the seal, cleaned all the crud off it and stapled the two ends together. I then coated the seal liberally with vaseline petroleum jelly, and then refitted the light clusters. That solved my problems as when my boot had leaked, I had on a couple of occasions found around 4-6" of water in the spare wheel well.
