MangoMan, that is a terrific shine you have on those UB panels. Did you rub it down to a smooth finish before you started, as it looks like a slightly 'textured' finish originally? Did you use an etch primer, or special plastic primer, and did you put clear lacquer over the colour finish.

Just more 'to do' jobs!

They had to be shot-blasted to remove copious amounts of silicon first, then Primed, followed by a Basecoat/Clearcoat and then Baked.

Primed:




Finished product:




As previously stated I had my B-in-L do it at a Bike Spraypainters Shop in Emsworth for me...

Immaculate. Mine was done with spray cans..... hence not as glossy.

I suppose that's the beauty of having a Black Pearl car, I don't need to colour code the items.

The results look superb, nice job.
