My MG isn't original but its better for it! The bodywork was restored about 20 years ago and needs some tidying up but it is the original colour. It currently has no engine since I'm installing a 1.8 vvc kseries engine into it with uprated suspension and brakes to match the tripiling of power. The original 1275cc Aseries wasn't a bad engine, the car was pretty lively as it was, it'll just be a lot quicker once its finished, who knows maybe I'll keep the colour

Good luck with yours.

Well, there are hardly any left on the roads - now there's a surprise.

Must admit I rented one in the 70s when my 18/85 decided it would breakdown the day before going on holiday to North Wales (that was the last time I holidyed in N Wales - when you go in to a pub and they are speaking English but suddenly change to Welsh and then the barman makes out he does not understand English then, they obviously do not need my money - a little strange with a main industry being tourism). I was very surprised - it drove quite nicely.

Essentially, you have got a Moggie Minor with a different shell.

Just looking - think you will find those back seats are blue - it is just that there is not much light for the photo.

I notice a rev counter has been added - with a whole 1.3, well 1275 who needs a V8 - or would a Rover V8 fit?
