Do you mean one of these?
If so I'd love to know how you broke it? It looks pretty bulletproof! cheers simon |

Mind need to have a closer look again to see exactly what needs doing (Do not seem to have time for myself at the moment!!) It may be that just the mounting surround that is broken, think I've got a clear weekend coming up so might find trime do look properly

What usually happens is that the mounting bosses moulded into the resin bezel casting (the chrome surround bit you can see looking through the headlight lens) break - the threaded pillars and the reflector/projector assembly (in the pic above) should be intact. The resin material is quite brittle but the bosses can usually be mended with chemical metal (note also that you can get by with 3 pillars rather than the full set of 4).
If you do need it, the reflector/projector assembly in the pic above is available for the cost of postage - unfortunately it came from a passenger side unit, so I don't have the bezel available. cheers simon |

Just had a quick look, IT IS the plastic bezel that has broken.... The main light unit seems OK..
