Evening all
I have had another meeting with the Nothe Fort management today and they are happy if I let them have final numbers by the 13th of May so thats now the new cut off date for people wishing to come to this event..
I have removed the names of those who have not contacted me to confirm that they will be attending
Also I need to make a decision regarding the boat trip and I can only do that on the numbers I have confirmed so that works out at a couple of pence under £8 per person so not cheap if you are bringing the family with you..I'm leaning toward not going but Im happy to go with the flow so let me know what you want to do..
On a more positive note I have been to the Lodmoor about the evening meal and although numbers are low they are happy for us to use the funtion room so we will have more space to play with the magnetic cutlery this year..
Thanks for your support in this event and see you soon..
Cheers Ian

Hi George.
How are things at Dock Green?
I'm quite happy if you worked out the cost of the boat trip on a "kids go free" basis, with only those over 16 paying.
If it turns out not to be viable, we can always go for a little run to The Smugglers at Osmington, or something. There's a nice garden centre out that way too, if I remember.
Tell Mary I'll be home for tea.
Andy

Hi Ian,
I am also happy with the boat trip at the revised rate.
On the other hand I don't at all mind 'going with the flow' if you decided not to go ahead (I remember when our four Boys were young - it could get quite eyewatering taking them out anywhere).
Looking forward to it.
You have organised the weather for the weekend as well I take it. Same as last year would be great.
