Default Cambelt confusion

Hello all. Simpleton in need of assistance!

I'm looking to replace the cambelt on my recently purchased ZT 1.8 Turbo (160 petrol engine) due to a patchy service history - mainly for peace of mind before the summer break. Having scanned round, it would seem sensible to change the water pump at the same time.
My local garage are happy to fit parts I've bought, so what I have to ask is would these bits and bobs off the bay of fleas be the ones I'm after? What price should I be looking at for labour only?

Any help appreciated.

First one, is spot on, and as fitted new, as to the water pump, go for genuine, and even then ensure SLP is not part of the part number, as service line parts as the coding implies, are of an inferior quality.
This is the one to go for, not as cheap, but as they say buy cheap, buy twice http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MG-ROVER-LANDR...5#ht_542wt_932

I thought all the 1.8 K series, including the VVC, had a manual tensioner not automatic !
The 1.4 & 1.6 had either manual or automatic.

All vvc's were manual tensioners. As with later K series 1.4/1.6/1.8's (none vvc) were auto tensioner
