MG Harrogate

Just got back from the MG Northern Nationals run by MG Harogate and sponsored by the MGOC (held at Nidderdale show ground, Patley Bridge. Met a couple of 75/MG ZT Club members who attended (Aurora, and x5power), and had a good day, entered little Red into the Masters Concours, and won first prize, so very happy, will post some pictures tomorrow.

However, the point I am trying to make is that I asked if the Rover 75 and MG ZT Club could also attend this meet, as I am thinking that as a club we enter this show, and we have our own Rover 75 and MG ZT Northern Nationals at this show, and they are happy for us to do this. We would award prizes to those who wish to enter, the concours competition, not compulsary. we would award best and second best, in class to the Rover 75 Saloon, Rover 75 Tourer, MG ZT Saloon and the MG ZTT. The cost of entry to this show would be around £10 for car and two passengers.

As I said early days, but this post is just to get members opinions.

I'm pretty sure you could count on Wedgewud attending as well so that takes it to three.

If anyone has events like this in the Knaresborough and Harrogate area let me know and I can arrange for them to be mentioned in the Knaresborough Now! community magazine which goes to 11,000 homes in the area.
