2010 Navteq Map Disc
Here is the latest DVD "High" Map Disc from Navteq Maps Europe,
The 2010 Edition. This disc also includes the Speed Camera and Red Traffic Light Camera Database incorporated with visual and verbal option. It also has TMC the Traffic Information database when selected to view. Also included CD disc of latest Software update. V 4 - 1/02 this Includes the Rover Splash screen and 7 Digit Postcode search or fast 5 digit search. Verbal Speed Camera Alert and night view. Price for both discs is £30 Inc P&P. No dvd is for Mk4 navs only and Rover software can't be upgraded.

Yes both the Rover and the BMW Mk3 drives use CD maps.
The Rover unit can't usually be upgraded as the software is locked down. The CD John is referring to is for upgrading the software on the Mk4 drives to enable a rover splash screen, audible speed camera alerts etc. The map is on a DVD which is for the MK4 dvd drives and needs the speed camera details, Postcode data etc for the software functions to work. |

Thanks for updating Information for me Mark.
Who is of Course correct. The DVD Maps are for the MK4 DVD Sat Nav Computer and the Software update disc which is V32 plus some very useful extras is also for the DVD Units (MK4) only. SW Version: 4-1/02. They are on a CD but won't work on the Rover/ZT MK3 Sat Nav units. The normal V32 upgrade software disc would work on the BMW MK3 units but to be honest there isn't anything new on it for that drive. You should already have Split Screen view etc enabled. MG Logo Splash screen discs available soon for MK4 DVD Units. Quote:
