I bought a lottery ticket.

My luck must be in so I bought a lottery ticket, it's in the hands of the Gods but what a day for luck to strike.
I've been working at a friends garage for many months as his father recovers from serious illness, today was just another day until I put the Renault Clio on the ramp. The car needed brake discs and pads and a drop link, no problem until I took off the wheel centre caps, locking wheel nuts and no key to be found anywhere in the vehicle. There's a drawer in one of the tool boxes full of various locking wheel nut keys, I grabbed two handfuls of them and put them near the job I was on, I'd hoped for something that might be close enough to help me get the nuts off out of the pile. I randomly picked up the first one and tried it against the wheel lock, it went straight in as a perfect fit, even without rotating it. I undid the wheels, did the job with a smile on my face and then on my break I bought a lottery ticket, that kind of luck needs to be used up!
The rest of the locking wheel nuts didn't come close....

That's a result, saved a lot of effort if no key was available!!
