Kenwood head unit
My 03 Ztt has a 6cd with a kenwood removable unit
as this standard or an upgrade??? Also, i take it i dnt need a code for this unit if i tAKE THE BATTERY OFF?

standard yes and no no code needed providing when you turn it on the display doesnt read code on (kenwoods are user optional) side note you can plug any enwood changer in eg 10cd

Did you get an option to have the one built into the dash then?? Problem is the lighting is blue on the kenwood but orange ebrywhere else!

as far as i am aware all preface lifts had a kenwood as standard (chacnged later ) but you can buy an option plate to convert for a double dint to a single if thats waht you mean

Depending on the unit, it may be possible to change it's colour, the Kenwood I have is a few years old now, but I can change between green and red for the display, should be in the main menu list if it can be changed.

My 190 has the Kenwood with cd multi-changer, unfortunately the instructions aren't part of the handbook..
what was the standard stereo on the + models? was it a radio cassette, radio/built in single cd, radio with multichanger? wish I could stop it tuning into the news, and using the RDS all the time... |
