Default When you think you have had a lot of snow....

In Canada within 24 hours we had 91 cm and another 10-15 cm overnight combined with 130 km/hr wind gusts and blizzard conditions! State of emergency for 48 hrs and lots of power outages with (minus) -20+ windchills.

Last week at the other end of Canada we had 20cm of snow over 3 days. It was -5C for a couple of days but today at +8c the rain came and washed it all away.
John, were you in Newfoundland when the storm hit or in California driving your MGF with the top down?

One day into our storm

Prince Harry and Megan are looking for work over there if you have a couple of spare snow ploughs available.

I bet Canada coped with this admirably, just got on with it and enjoyed what they could from the beauty of nature’s gifts.

Just waiting for the climate change brigade to attribute this as well.

That's a fair bit of snow ... Gävle has the Swedish record for snow fall, went from just 1cm of snow to 131cm over a three day period. Spent much of the time up on the roof easing the weight of snow with the kids having a splendid time "helping" by jumping off the roof into the snow. Some roofs collapsed but mainly industrial units. Rich, unfortunately not this year, maybe next year.

I have a Kubota tractor so no back breaking shoveling for me!

As long as they are not here on my dime I am fine with that. They need a job to pay for the security costs!
