Lightbulb Pause for thought - cars

Just a thought, a 'new trading deal with the EU is subject, we are told, to continuing open borders to EU citizens, exactly as before and rejected by the referendum' ... so ........

What is everyone going to buy instead of Audi, VW, Mercs, BMW, Citroen, Fiat, Renault, Skoda, Volvo et al.

Most on here are happy staying with MG/Rover so assume new MG is an option, and don't think that many Jaguar, Land Rover are sold in EU most going to Asia and USA etc.

Thoughts on a postcard please

Nothing is going to change in that respect; the UK as it stands; is a significant market and I don't see any trade agreements altering that. It's not like everyone will go and buy a JLR product because it is a British manufacturer- the majority of people buy on price, then image.

If anything changes, it'll be the rise and rise of Kia and Hyundai.
