Photo's of "Ayo" as promised!
Hi guys
I hosed the newbie off this morning, and washed and polished him! I've also given the inside a good fettle, but am waiting of some special cleaner to finish it off, and the leather too. I'm really pleased with how its come up! Lots of little jobs to do yet, including under the bonnet, get the spyhole done, get a Jules plenum guard, new reg plates...the list is already endless. But I have lots and lots of time! Off Saturday for two new tyres. They may have passed the MOT, but I really hate borderline tyres on a car. Meanwhile, finally got to drive the car properly today and it's great. Plenty of power for a diesel, and all the toys work! |

Looks great. Don't forget to add an 'Owners club Grill Badge' to your list.

Lovely looking car It is a nice colour is that.
Like Wes said, it'd look great with a smiley rear number plate Have a search for 'hardridden' on eBay, he does them with the MG Rover script on the bottom. Think he's in Chesterfield so, not too far away either. Here you go http://stores.ebay.co.uk/hardridden

Ayo isn't too bad, it's a real name of African origin that means Joy, hopefully what the car will bring. I am definitely replacing the rear plate too!
