Cool Car collections, members and others

Recent threads on car collections of other members put into perspective by the car collection of Christian Ronaldo - now this really does give food for thought

To be honest I'm not impressed.

Where's the Maserati 3500, or classic Ghibli? No Ford GT or De Tomasso Pantera or Mangusta? (or Longchamps, a perfect family car IMO). If he likes Lambos then where's the LM112 or Muria? If he really liked BMWs then why hasn't he got an M1? I could go on but I'm sure you get the picture. And I've not even started on the Ferraris. Heck I'd take a Jag XJ220 over any of those cars in his list.

It takes taste to acquire a proper car collection, something he sadly lacks. IMO of course.

An interesting list. I wonder what his rationale is? I mean all very desirable cars but more investment material as opposed to modern classics?

Not impressed either, overpaid prima Donna (Thats the kebab type).

It's a pity he doesn't donate some of his money to a worthwhile cause.

Looks Like he's just been out buying newish cars, Not a car collector in the terms of a classic car collector. I think he has just been reading Super car magazine and bought from there.

More to show off an expensive garage than a collection of true automotive art, Not 1 Rover 75 mentioned . Nice cars though, but who is he trying to impress? They are hardly pop round the corner and pick your Chinese take away up and plonk it on the front seat

He is as they say "all fur coat and no knickers"

Nothing of true substance in his purchases or gifts, just a very expensive list from the pages of a super car magazine.

From a lot of stories I have read he does do a fair bit for charity and individuals.

As for the cars, I reckon he doesn't have that many at any one time. Certainly the ones on his list would not interest me at all.

Wouldn't mind having a look around jay kays garage though

I don't like the guy very much, but to be fair, he gives a hell of a lot to charity each year, into the millions. He is one of more generous footballers I think. And so he should, like anyone with that kind of money.

There's a big difference between having a car collection and just buying cars. Its good that he does a lot for charity but still don't like him!

He's like Marmite isn't here either love or you hate him,

I still haven't forgotten Football world cup where he got Wayne Rooney sent off in 2006 and Ronaldo winked at manager meaning I'VE GOT HIM.

Car collection there's two motor I'd have from the list.
Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4
Bentley Continental GTC

that's it.

I was surprised to see no Ford GT or the Ascari A10
