Default Lovely neighbours

I parked my car outside the flat the other day after work and there was a couple unloading their car outside their house and I noticed that she gave me a filthy look and shook her head...
Anyway I got out the car and looked it up and he decided to walk over and accuse me of "always parking there" (I don't!!) and that I'm the "reason the recycling bins haven't been emptied"...
As I pointed out to him that A) I'm at work when they come B) I don't always park there C) it might have something to do with the house opposite who have a battered Corsa parked outside their door and a Fiesta which never moves parked opposite so that a Transit van even struggles to get past and D) if people listen to what the bin people say about recycling going into clear bags then they will get emptied...
He walked off with a hmmph...
