Yes, just saw this online. They're trying to trace the driver of the MG. hope it's not anyone from here.

It would help if they actually said what type of MG / ROVER was involved.

My guess would be a ZR ?

As they all seem to be driven by maniacs around here.

I read somewhere it was a black ZR.

Maybe some one can identify from the BBC photo here
seems one car lost its front suspension leg and part of the front wing

As far as I can tell all ZR's are driven by young males. Take a look at the facebook forums. Sadly a lot of MGF's are too but their owners seem to be be more interested in Bling. Mine had blue interior lights. I feel like Methusala sometimes.

Sad event, and when I heard what time of night it happened, well that raised some thoughts. Amazing what some people get their thrills from, and lose all safety awareness.

Someone down my road in his 60s has a ZR... and it's the 160 version.
Amazes me how he gets in and out, I borrowed a ZR and it did my back in!

I'd class myself as a young male (being 20), and I have a ZT v6
