You write that as if it were good, but what you are actually saying, is that migration from 27 EU countries is almost equal to migration from the rest of the world.
And you do have to remember that even though the ROW figure is far too high, it is where the much needed doctors, nurses and teachers are coming from.

Well if the poll on here is an example of the thoughts of the British public you will be leaving the EU.

At least so far anyway.

Nope, absolutley not. The figures say that, I simplly posted the link and made a comparison for myself, found it interesting. I know where the doctors, nurses and teachers come from too.

so many complain the EU is not a democracy, while the referendum definitely is, whatever your thoughts or preferences the result is democratic and binding, we will abide by the majority vote, good for some, bad for others depending on your personal circumstances.

There are bound to be winners and losers whatever the outcome.

An interesting poll, hope its not repeated on polling day. I will be voting to stay in

Not an easy decision but on balance I believe ts the right one - however my reasons are personal and will remain so. No matter what decision the electorate make we will have to deal with it. As for Indyref 2 - Yes!!

So far this thread, and indeed the other one, have been pretty constructive - thanks for that.

If we were not a member of the EU, would you vote to join it today? I think not. We won two world wars against the leading European countries, and now they are trying to rule us by stealth. We are the 5th largest economy in the world - a vote to stay in is a vote of no confidence in our beloved country!

We are a sovereign state with no power to make our own laws at present. Let's take control of our laws and our borders. We will prosper like we did before the EU.
