Default Windscreen Replacement

Hi all. I am attempting to arrange to have my windscreen replaced. There is what appears to be a large oil stain on the windscreen. I believe this is due to delamination. My insurance does not cover this apparently. I have been quoted figures ranging from £160 to £350 to replace the windscreen. I have autoglass, auto windscreens, nationwide autoglass and a local company. Are there any others people can recommend?
Also is there an easy way to tell if you have rain sensitive wipers? I don't think I have but am unsure.....

Ta everybody!

The sensor is about 3in from the bottom of the windscreen on top of the dash, in between the screen demist vents.

No, the sensor is immediately behind the rear view mirror.

I think it is a sunlight sensor for the A/C but I am sure someone with better knowledge of the 75 will correct me if wrong!

Sunlight sensor is on top of front screen dash panel/shelf.
Rain sensor is in the rear view mirror array.

An automatic centre punch applied right in the middle of the drivers field of view.........damn those pesky gritting lorries

By the way the rain sensor type of screen has a refractor prism directly above the rear view mirror surrounded with a black overlay.

This will be coupled with an automatic dipping rear view mirror
