Default For Sale - Facelift 05 Rover 75 Connoisseur CDTI SE Auto (SOLD)

**** Car now sold****

Due to getting a company car through work, I'm selling on my 2005 Facelift Rover 75 Connoisseur Diesel Automatic . The car is finished in Metallic British Racing Green paint, has a creme leather interior and comes with every conceivable extra, including rear electric sun blind, cruise control, sunroof and power folding mirrors.

I purchased the car as an Cat D, seeing that it was in lovely condition and it has served me well over the past year or so. It looks and drives great and was fully serviced in December 2011. It has MOT until December 2012 and is taxed until June 2012.

More pictures of the car be found here - http://gallery.me.com/corryfamily/100116

The Car has the following Features :

- 2.0 M47d BMW Diesel Engine.
- Auto gearbox (no clutch issues to worry about)
- Creme Leather electric / heated Seats
- 17 inch Alloy wheels
- MP3 Car Stereo
- Rear Electric Sun blind
- Cruise Control
- Power Mirrors
- Dual Zone Climate Control / AC
- Sun Roof
- Rear Parking Sensors
- Rain Sensing Wipers
- Synergy 2 Tuning Box

The car is sold complete with :

- Full Service History
- MOT'd to Dec 2012
- Taxed to June 2012
- 1 Key.
- Milage is 99k miles.
- New break pads.
- Was Fully serviced just before xmas.

The car has the following minor issue to be aware of :

- The drivers side electric seat is not currently moving. (its in a good position for me at 6ft, so I've just left it).

This issue would be easily resolved by anyone who's experienced in maintaining these cars (however I'm very much incapable when it comes to all things mechanical )

Please note the above have been taken into consideration of the very low asking price.

Enquires / Viewing

If you are interested in viewing the car please PM me

The car can be viewed at my home address, East Ardsley, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, its just a few miles outside of South Leeds.

Viewing and test drive are welcome on weekday evenings and at weekends.

About me

I have been a member of ZT 75 owners club since 2009, where I was first introduced by long standing members, Stocktake (Dave) and Bigruss (Russ). I've previously owned both an Xpower Grey ZT diesel and an Oddessy Blue ZT 260 V8, both of which were sold on to current members of this forum and the two sixties forum, who report that these cars are still going as strong as ever. I'm very much a family man, happily married for 12 years with 3 daughters.

Price

The car has been well maintained from my ownership, has a solid service history and is a very tidy example all round.

At just £2400 this is a truly stunning car at an amazing price and will not disappoint!!

Nope the sensors are working fine, just my brain wasn't working on that day. I'd just come away from the 1st inspection / snagging of my new home and was a little shell shocked at how much the builder hadn't done (we were moving in that week)!!! You learn the hard way

Default Great colour, Brunswick Green / Eton Blue / GWR green

It looks good, and I'm interested. What was the accident & damage that led to the Cat D? The electrics failing could be due to the impact when the knock sensors sent their 'help' message to the BCU. Judging by the boot lid, it looks like it has been repaired with parts from a breaking ZT, is that right? That wouldn't put me off, just need to know what's the full story. Thanks,

Today it just so happened I parked up near a body shop when I was in Bradford on business and decided to get the bumper scuff sorted. Pics as below.

She's now looking her beautiful self again!!

Hi Paul, regarding the Cat D, I asked about this when I purchased the car and I recall the dealer confirmed it was cosmetic damage only to the front bumper whereby the insurance company decided to write off rather then repair. The dealer acquired it, sorted the bumper and sold on to me

Cat D, not worth anywhere near what your asking. At the end of the day it's been a total loss. Break it!
