Iovox single-DIN adapter bezel
Just wondering whether anyone here has one of these? I am thinking of adapting one for use with a Double-DIN head unit - but before stumping up cash, I'd like to know the dimensions of the aperture - particularly from the base of the single-DIN to the top of the trinket tray....
Many thanks! |

You are 100 times better off going to Rimmer's or your local Xpart supplier and trying to get a proper Rover one, which will be centred and have the shelf above it. Oh, and it will be about the same price. BTW the reason it is off-centre is the body of the Harmony radio casette is off centre, and so is the support bracket. Using this off-centre facia adapter means you don't have to move the support bracket (which is easy to do as the hole is there, you just unscrew it and screw it in the centre hole).

You're right in that it is off-centred and doesn't offer a pocket above the DIN slot like the better Rover ones do. I have one of these sitting in my garage after I trial fitted it with an aftermarket stereo. After one hour I removed it because it looked uterly naff. Avoid these unless you want one to modify/use as a doorstop/letter box etc... |
