Sorry for mis-leading you, it wasn`t Carlton auto`s it was Goughies and to be honest I never saw the car, they were wanting to fly it being Saturday and I was holding them up I thought. The guy told me after he brought back the unit that the Rover was dark blue (he thought) and at the top of the yard. And that it was under another motor. Unfortunately I never did find it. I enquired about a radio mod and was told more or less to come back Monday, which I will! Phew! I`m ready for a lie down now after all this typing! lol!...Ank.

Hi Damien, went to school in Wath at the Grammer as it was then and spent years in the pubs there. Ran the D.V.Scooter club from the New Inn before it closed. Still keep in touch with the Lads from wath and West Melton......Ank.

Hi Ank. I only lived in wath for a year or 2. I played footy for the Plough in the early nineties. I've just done a google street view. It's changed a lot by the looks of it. The pub that was almost opposite my house has gone, and it's been replaced with new houses. How times have changed.

Know what you mean, my village is under demolition at the mo and it`s heart breaking to the streets where I grew up being raised to the ground.
