I did consider County Court, but the Bailiffs have no power of entry, so they are a bit toothless nowadays. If I have to use a HCEO, they have the power to force an entry at a Business premise, so I've every feeling that I'll get paid.

I would go high court,even though it will cost you some cash,just so he knows he cant NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD-NAUGHTY WORD- about

Well just to give everyone an update, I did go down the HCEO route in the end and had a pleasant surprise when I logged into the Bank Account today. Unbeknown to me (as I don't check the account every day) I was paid in full (inc. interest) into my bank account yesterday. So would highly recommend the HCEO route, if anyone owes you money.
