Default Unknown Pipe?

I'm just changing my fuel pump and see this Pipe stub just below the battery box looks like it's on the top of the auto box, il try to upload picture . But can't find a pipe anywhere? Should I be worried, have I dislodged something?

No you shouldn't, if it's the short elbow pipe I believe it's a vent for the autobox.

If it’s a small pipe that is capped off on the end, then you might be seeing the fuelburning heater fuel supply pipe, this pipework is in place in case of a fuel burning heater is fitted, even though you may not have a fuel burning heater fitted

Just to dispel any doubts as you used a question mark - yes, an autobox vent. Took the picture from my old V6 so not diesel related.

Glad to be able to help.
