Smile Arm Rest

Ok, it is probably simple but have seen a few threads across the web where people have had problems! So , I have never removed the Armrest on any of my cars , have just received a nice , early model Real Leather Armrest and now wish to whip off the current , slightly torn PVC type thing and replace with the new one.
Can anyone give me a simple 'How Too' to achieve this ? Would much be appreciated.
All the best.

There are 3 small screws at the bottom of your armrest, at the top of the black metal hinge. Simply unscrew these 3 tiny screws and the armrest will become unattached from the hinge. Fitting the new one is the same as taking the old one out, but in reverse. If you need more help I can upload a how to tomorrow when it's lighter out.

(I seem to remember that's how it was done, may be wrong)

Torx screws & if you just want to change the top only, 2 screws under the lid on the plastic bit, & one hidden under the little piece of foam
