Doubt it. Google gives all the correct stuff for 'limp mode'. The OP said 'Lymph Mode' was displayed on the OBD screen. Maybe it's an ex-ambulance.

Default Does Anybody Know What Lymph Mode is?

Mine is an Automatic and I understand I need to have a diagnostic run to get it out of Limp Mode (sorry about the Title etc but I mis-spelt it! LOL) Has anyone got the tool for this in the Gloucester area as I am unable to get the car to a garage? Thanks.

I hope somebody corrects me, but I don’t think we have anybody round here – unless you take it to an ex-Rover agent of course. The nearest is probably AE Wilcox in Wickwar.

I don’t know if you need a T4 to get it out of limp mode, or if it just reverts to normal when the fault (whatever it is) is fixed… somebody like Marinabrian could advise you…

Good luck Meester Bond...

Does your car display {EP} where the gear selection display should be?

If.. you are getting EP on screen, the car will normaly start if you persist, it wont have much power. But it should get you to a garage..

does the car start?, check throttle postion sensor and wiring ,could be a worn sensor,if auto could be the box could even be the can bus ,things not talking to each other causes by a harness rubbing somewhere .you really need to have the car read to see what is playing up .could be anyone of half a dozen things, just read a thread from mamasboy which looks like it may be the same as your problem .
